Our goals are to guarantee your safety,
to ensure the quality of our technical pedagogy, and to share our pleasure of skiing.
What motivate us is our passion, continual Improvement, and your satisfaction. 

The ESF of Serre Chevalier Chantemerle commits itself to meet the requirements of the following 7 items:  

1) To limit the number of participants in our ski, snowboard and Nordic group sessions. Our group lessons will be limited to:
10 participants in morning's & midday ’s sessions 
6 participants in the afternoon sessions.
Regarding the Piou Piou club, our group lessons will be limited to 8 participants in morning's and midday's sesions.

Participants will all be equipped with vests identifying their group level.
If the number of participants were to exceed 10 or 6 during 2 consecutive sessions, the ESF will reimburse those sessions to all the participants.  

2) To improve relations between instructors and parents. The ESF of Serre Chevalier Chantemerle commits its instructors to hold meetings with parents or those in charge of the children as follows: 
- On Thursdays: 15 minutes before the end of the lesson -
- Other days: 5 minutes before the end of the lesson (if the session schedule permits).  

3) To make safety a priority at all times The ESF of Serre Chevalier Chantemerle will use all possible means to make sure that children will be brought back to their parents as planned. In case of a delay or any other incident, everything will be done to inform the parents or person in charge.  

4) To encourage learning how to ski from the early age of 3, in the mini-club sessions. 
The ESF of Serre Chevalier Chantemerle takes children starting at age 3 in a specially equipped and safe area called Mini Club Piou Piou. This area is equipped with 2 conveyor belts. The personnel in charge are certified with the specific pedagogy to work with young children. The Mini Club Piou Piou is equipped with figurines of characters from children’s tales and are used to carry out our special pedagogical project. Children will be equipped with vests identifying their group level. The Mini Club Piou Piou will be open throughout the season and is equipped with artificial snow. A heated rest cabin with toilets and drinking water is part of the Mini Club Piou Piou area. The size of the Mini Club Piou Piou area is as required to hold the number of children allowed, as well as to be able to set up different workshops to make progress while having fun.  

5) To respect the « Famille Plus » quality label 
The ESF of Serre Chevalier Chantemerle has received the « Famille Plus » quality label and is committed to using all means to meet the requirements of this label. (Details of conditions are available at the Tourist Offices)  

6) To make our teaching international 
The ESF of Serre Chevalier Chantemerle is committed to ensuring teaching in English as well as French during all group lessons. During private lessons, teaching is ensured in the following languages: French, English, Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch, and Greek (according to specific instructors’ availability).

7) To meet the lesson schedules
The ESF of Serre Chevalier Chantemerle is committed to meeting the lesson times as scheduled when they were sold
